In the process of sludge drying, the dry hot air is used as the drying medium, so that the moisture in the sludge with higher moisture content is going through an energy exchange with the dry hot air. The air after the exchange becomes moist worm air, which is converted into dry hot air once more through the evaporation system and condensation system in the heat pump dehumidification system, and continues to circulate energy exchange, while the condensed water is discharged into the sewage tank. 1 kw electricity alone is capable to remove as much as 4.2 kg of water from wet sludge, comparing to normal 1-2.5 kg water per kWh. Save energy bill and reduce carbon footprint. Reduce wet sludge volume by 67% and weight by 80%. Save transportation cost. Control processing temperature under 75ºC with outlet dried sludge temperature below 50ºC. Intrinsic safe and no explosion worries. Zero odor emission and sterilization rate higher than 90%.
